The carbonara pasta was amazing - full of wonderful ham. Cheese plate also delicious although I had to explain why I wanted it first. Viva la difference.

Small place right next to the canal. Stopped by for lunch and we were very pleasantly surprised. Good chef, good food and they spoke English

Lovely lunch on the banks of Canal du Midi at Castelnaudary. Friendly bi-lingual staff. Varied menu reasonably price. Beautiful setting.

Lovely food by the side of the canal. Beautiful goats cheese salad and ice creams are simply yummy. Great service too.

Stunned! Of all the burgers I have eaten around the world, here is where I have eaten the best! Full of meat, gorgeous toppings plus the crunchiest of fries. A lovely setting alongside the Canal du midi, great service - and although beyond their control, a wonderful autumn sun!Other meals also looked great and I would have loved to try them. Huge bowls of salad with lovely toppings (the Camembert with onions and bacon bits seemed popular) and a great looking pork filet mignon. All prices were exceptionally good given the location.Sadly, they close at the end of September until next May. But probably worth the wait!
